Built on the Foundation of Professional Learning Communities
PRISM answers all four critical PLC questions in one unified platform — transforming how schools ensure every student learns at high levels.
How PRISM Answers the 4 Critical PLC Questions
What do we want all students to know and be able to do?
✓ Standards Management & Skill Progressions
PLCs identify priority standards, break them into 1-4 skill levels, and ensure vertical alignment across grades.
How will we know if they have learned it?
✓ AI-Powered Common Assessments
Generate skill-specific assessments instantly. Track mastery at the skill level, not just standard level.
How will we respond when some students do not learn?
✓ Learning Lab RTI System
Automatic placement into intervention rooms based on specific skill gaps. The right teacher for the right need.
How will we extend learning for students who are proficient?
✓ Enrichment & Extension Placement
Students who master content are automatically placed in enrichment rooms for deeper learning opportunities.

About the Founder

Founder & Developer
Ethan Unland
6th grade math teacher and EdTech developer. Ethan Unland has built PRISM from the ground up. Leaning on his 12 years of teaching experience along with the feedback of other teachers and administrators PRISM was built with the belief that teachers deserve tools built for them. But even more so, that students deserve to have their educational journey told, and teachers deserve to see their impact on that journey.
